The intense light from the setting sun is really making the vibrant reds and oranges of the tops of he trees glow fiercely, the canopy is already in the full change to its autumn attire whilst the lower parts of the woodland are progressively greener. You can really see the progression of autumn as it seems to be happening from the top, down.
