Waterloo Bridge, London, spans the river Thames between Hungerford Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge. Its location is in the district of Lambeth, City of Westminster, SE1 8.br/ The bridge is both a road bridge as well as a pedestrian bridge, and is named in rememberance of the Anglo-Dutct and Prussian victory at the battle of Waterloo in 1815.br/ This bridge was opened in 1945, and has a total length of 366 metres.
